Vodka Tonic
Fill old-fashioned glass w/ ice then add:
- 1½ oz vodka
- ½ oz tonic syrup
- Fill with seltzer water
- Garnish: Lime
We make our own tonic water using seltzer from and old fashioned soda siphon and tonic syrup that we make in-house. The recipe for the tonic syrup is one I got off the internet, and it’s excellent.
Note- Do not be afraid to add bitters. I generally don’t because I think this tonic is complex enough. Angostura is a good place to start, then maybe try some more exotic bitters until you find the one that makes the perfect cocktail.
